WHO WE ARE

Alongside the work we do we have been providing free counselling, and general advice to people all over the world for over 30 years. We are here to guide you in the right direction to get the help you need. It is so important to talk and we are here to listen. 

WHAT WE DO

We have helped people all over the world with our sensitive support. When you reach out to us, we aim to support you with empathy, empowerment, and active listening.

We want to make sure that you receive the help you require. This means that we will help you reflect on your concerns, pose questions to further explore the problem, and empower you to create a plan or reach a conclusion to address your issue. If you have a problem or need to talk to someone and don’t know where to go, we will try to you. We will listen to you without judgement and in complete confidence. If we can’t help, we will signpost you to organisations that may be able to offer help and advice.
